I'm constantly seeing that topics are getting de-railed often due to people not having correct (more so 'perfect') spelling and grammar.

If you understood what they said, then whats the problem? If you do not, ask them to clarify in a nice way, not in some way that - quite often - appears nasty and disrespectful.
