Crazy-Fools.co.uk operates a policy where any IP address detected to be a VPN, CGNAT, or have a poor repuation will be blocked from joining the server.
If you have a legitmate use for VPNs in order to play on the server, please file a support request on the community discord in the #reports-and-support channel
If the legitmate use is found to be a valid, an exemption can be placed for a particular username to be allowed to connect to the server
