I can and have been clearing the area but it will take more than a month just to prepare the area.

The vanilla server has sky and water worlds. Could we get something similar on the tekkit server? We're starting a "Rapture" project. For anyone who has not played BioShock, it is an underwater city. However it is taking a verrry long time to excavate the area.

According to Broonie (in-game chat 3 days ago) anything that can be crafted is not banned, such as teleport pipes, so long as moderation and sense is used with items that can cause cycle lag. Hopefully he might post something here to clarify the list and the grey areas.
