Hello, this is Team 10s spawn entry.

You can visit the spawn by warping /warp team10spawn or by taking the rails north. The coords are x:100 z:-6100. Mind that the station at this location is not built to recieve carts so you may want to break your cart at the station.
- We have tree farms along the West, East and South spawn exits with survival melon farms on each exit.
- The market plaza and business distric is towards the northern exit.
- The Railway Station is situated underneath the spawn.
- The Information Island is towards the East of the spawn.
- Our road system is a grid system and at the moment is about 4 times as long as the current spawns. We intend to have a basic plot system. In each block (there are to be around 12), terrain permitting we can have 24 (25x25) plots and 6 (10 x 25) plots. The spawn should be able to accomdate around 240 to 300 people this way.
- The arenas shall consist of a PVP and Spleef arena, these will be floating islands connected to the bridge via spawn.
- We currently are in a large Snow Biome, but there is a desert to the South West and green forests to the West and South.
- We have a Dock in the North and East connecting us to several large ocean biomes.
- There is an additional island set aside for future expansion 2-4 months after the spawn is selected.
- There is also a nether portal by the East Spawn Exit.
- Additional Farms may be build akin to this design.

Small update.Claimed a island of 300x300 within the biome for future builds.
