Wrath lamps cause a LOT of issues with multiblock structures or anything that uses air blocks (like a portal or tank) because they modify air blocks to add a light source and what not.

Ender storage (not vanilla) have been known to cause chunk corruption / resets. Usually when combined with some form of chunkloading (quarry users be wary). Not entirely sure if it applies to the current version or if it has been fixed though.

I highly recommend using Tesseracts over ender storage at all times if possible. Of course tesseracts don't have their own storage like enderchests so can cause item/pipe overflow if you're not careful with your setup.

to see the borders using F9 be sure to remove the powersuit helmet; that makes the borders invisible. Useful in a way as you can temp hide the borders without having to disable them smile

Only makes them invisible if you have the goggles of revealing addon.

It's essentially the render "bug" (actually done on purpose apparently according to that thread) that happens with GT blocks, except it happened while in robin's inventory which is apparently very bad, probably due to the crashes that come along with it when it isn't rendered.
