Finding the end portal

Hey guys
So I'm having trouble trying to find the end portal again as originally most people would use the warp to get there.Been using eyes of ender and it's sends me across the map to different locations but there is no stronghold where it lands.
I think there is only suppose to be 3 strongholds but I can't seem to find the 3 already spawned.
Does anyone by chance have coords to an end portal so we can go to the end please
