I hope everyone had a good Christmas and new years celebrations

So, welcome to 2016 guys and girls - anyone got any New Year Resolutions?

Mine are to stop eating and drinking rubbish, and cook more healthy food for myself in place of buying my lunch / dinner from a garage on my way to work. Not only does it save me a few pounds (money-wise), but it'll help me loose a little weight (don't need much help - my "fit band" said I walk at least 10 miles a day at work, and 5+ when off work, and then there's the physical nature of my job which it didn't pick up). So all's going to work out well in the end for a healthier Soul_UK in the end. So how about the rest of you?
