If you are no-longer donator as well, it may be because your donated time has run out.

In that case you dont need to worry since youll get VIP back when you donate again.

I'll have a peek to see if mine is still there, if it is, the above explanation is the most likely cause.

Check, check, double check; My VIP is still there.

Ok, that is weird unless you donated two bucks or so =S

I'm not sure why it would affect only part of the VIPs though.

aye, though I'd advise to PM Broonie in this case, he handles donations and their effects, I'm not sure a mod will have access to that information.

I thought you would keep VIP even though the donator time had finished. The server seems to be crumbling by the second, in those terms I mean by bugs and crap happening.

Yeah I have lost VIP as well, I assumed once you were VIP it was for good.

If the rest of you could PM me your last donation date/Paypal Transaction ID and we can check if you've been overunning without donating further (some have been for months and months) or if my records are incorrect.

Just for further information:

You do keep VIP status however if your donation has run it's course then you're reduced back to standard member. When you redonate you gain your VIP status back. It is up to the players to keep check on when and how long we have our donators status for.

For example: I may be a moderator but i still have to donate. right now my donation looks to run out in September according to the paypal transaction date.

Occasionally mistakes can happen so as broonie said if you have a longer running donation status and have been downgraded please PM broonie with details/dates from paypal regarding your donation.

Staff members can advise however we cannot check or update donators status this is an administrator task.

Yes Draze, my loss of VIP ranking was incorrect as I am only 49 days into my recent 120 day Dontion period.

No problem, a quick PM to broonie with the info will see the donator status reactivated. It happens from time to time.
