Umbrella Corp would like to apologize for the recent brownouts that anyone may have suffered. Umbrella has been doing research into fusion power and has had a few unexplained incidents and power excursions. We have been researching this issue and feel that we may have isolated the problems and are working to resolve them quickly and expediently.
