I'm quitting Minecraft... again.

I played so much Minecraft over the past 2 weeks that its affecting my sleeping schedule. Minecraft keeps my mind so focused that I don't notice I'm tired, I end up going to bed around 2:00am and getting up at 10:00am or 11:00am.

Last night, I went to bed last night around 3:45am and woke up around 12:52pm. I thought "This is the last straw! I gotta do something to fix this". I'm a morning person so waking up in the afternoon really bothers me.

I'm doing the following things:

* Delete all video games from my computer (including Minecraft).
* Set my alarm clock for 9:15am tomorrow morning.
* Abstain from drinking caffeinated tea today (so I can sleep).
* Stop eating lots of junk food (For some reason, when I play games I start eating 'junk').

I sometimes feel like an all-or-nothing sort of person. Right now I'm in "action mode", changing several things about myself. But there are times where I become like a "zombie" mindlessly feeding my addictions. Its some sort of cycle I haven't been able to break.
