It does seem that people are (in general) only gonna make minor changes, I'm just gonna cut down to Ninjan. was gonna change it to Sammassallama, but then that would just confuse people

if you change your name your original name is still there so any bans or whitelist removals affect your base name which your still attached to. im guessing deadbolt will work the same.

I would assume that username and IGN will be tracked separately by the server. So chests will check username not IGN etc.
